model *without* deep sleep bug has no gsm after suspend

Description

Installed shr-testing2011.1 jjfs version to nand

My model believed to not have the hardware fault since:-

  1. it passes the test python script
  2. on qtmoko deep sleep can be enabled without problem

If deep sleep is enabled, gsm disappears - there seems to be no way to re-enable it bar a reboot
