Application icons gone

Description

I rebooted my freerunner and now the all the application icons are gone. I just have "Contacts", "Dialer" and "Messages" on the bottom and a white screen where the icons should be.
I believe this might be related to a "opkg upgrade" I did some days ago.

Unfortunatly I am not able to run a terminal to gather more data or logs.

To solve this problem just do a fsck on the filesystem.
